Your health and fitness is important. You are mind, body and soul. Think about that because so many of you are out of balance. Each, mind, body and soul needs to be nourished to achieve balance and harmony. You are blessed to have a body with which you can experience life. A body with your soul can experience the physical world. I believe you cannot be spiritual if you neglect your health and fitness. To look after and maintain your body is to honour yourself.
The real “you” – the authentic “you” – expresses itself through your physical body. The way you treat and care for your body is an expression of your inner state. Mistreat your body and you are expressing a form of dissatisfaction perhaps even hatred toward your self. When you are healthy you can enjoy a higher vibration than if you let your physical state deteriorate. A higher vibration means that via the law of attraction you are receiving the best that the physical world has to offer. You are able to receive what your soul is looking to experience.
Your body is the physical vehicle that temporarily carries your soul. When you are healthy and your energy vibrates at a high frequency you have optimal conditions that allow your Higher Self to shine through. You cannot progress to your potential without much thought being given to your physical body. That means giving effort towards looking after your health.
